The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association (PETROAN) has finalized an agreement with Dangote Petroleum Refinery to ensure the smooth distribution of petroleum products during and after the Yuletide season.
This announcement was made by Dr. Joseph Obele, National Public Relations Officer of the Petroleum Retail Operators Association of Nigeria (PETROAN), on Friday. The deal follows an official visit by PETROAN’s National President, Dr. Billy Gillis-Harry, and his team to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of NNPCL in Abuja.
During the visit, PETROAN also honored Kyari with an award, naming him an honorary life council member of PETROAN and recognizing him as the most productive GMD/GCEO of NNPCL.
Dr. Obele noted that the strategic meeting was highly successful, focusing on enhancing collaboration between NNPCL and PETROAN to ensure the uninterrupted distribution of petroleum products throughout the festive period.
“The highlight of the meeting was the presentation of the award to the GCEO of NNPC by the PETROAN team, led by Dr. Gillis-Harry,” the statement read. “Dr. Billy Gillis-Harry expressed gratitude to the GCEO for his efforts in reviving the Port Harcourt Refinery and contributing to the overall growth of Nigeria’s petroleum industry.”
