Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, known globally as Tems, claimed victory in the Best African Music Performance category at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards.
She won with her hit song Love Me JeJe, surpassing stiff competition from Yemi Alade’s Tomorrow, Asake featuring Wizkid’s MMS, Chris Brown featuring Davido and Lojay’s Sensational, and Burna Boy’s Higher.
