Barry has become the first finalist of BBNaija Season 11 after winning the Week Eight Head of House challenge.
His victory automatically secured his place in the grand finale and gave him additional powers to influence the week’s eviction process.
As part of his Head of House privileges, Barry chose Keivo as his Loft Mate.
The pair had faced off in the final stage of the Head of House challenge, with Barry ultimately defeating Keivo to claim the title.
Barry later exercised his veto power to save Aikou from possible eviction after Big Brother asked the housemates to make a case for why they deserved to remain in the competition ahead of next week’s eviction.
Aikou’s pitch persuaded Barry to use his veto, giving him another chance to remain in the house.
Barry’s Week Eight victory therefore comes with several advantages: automatic qualification for the finale, the Head of House title, the right to choose a Loft Mate and the power to influence the eviction process.
With Barry already guaranteed a place in the finale, the remaining housemates will now battle for the other spots as the competition enters its decisive stages.
