FULL LIST: APC releases list of disqualified Reps aspirants across states

All Progressives Congress has released the names of House of Representatives aspirants disqualified from participating in the party’s primaries in several states ahead of the 2027 National Assembly elections.

The affected states include Ondo, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kogi and Rivers.

The list was contained in an official statement issued on Saturday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, following the conclusion of the screening exercise for aspirants seeking the APC ticket for various federal constituencies.

According to the party, the screening panels evaluated candidates based on the APC’s approved guidelines and procedures to determine those eligible to contest in the forthcoming primaries.

“The screening exercise was conducted by the Party’s Screening Committees in line with established procedures and guidelines,” the statement said.

The APC subsequently released the names of aspirants who were not cleared to participate in the primaries.

The party did not state the specific reasons for the disqualification of the affected aspirants.
