Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Cassi, has been evicted from the reality TV show after spending four weeks in the “Show Ya Sef” house.
The show announced Cassi’s eviction in a post on its official social media platforms on Sunday, following the latest round of audience voting.
Cassi, whose real name is Ezenwoke Nwosu, is an entrepreneur who entered the reality show hoping to turn around what they described as a difficult period in their life.
Explaining their decision to join the show, Cassi said, “I’ve actually hit a low point in my life. So, I am looking for a win and I believe Big Brother Naija can give me that.”
Cassi also listed drawing, painting and chiropractic therapy among their hidden talents, while describing being overly organised as a habit that irritates people.
During the latest nomination process, Temi Nkem, Cassi, Gerard, Goddessa, Tram, Nomy, Araga and Yusuf were placed on the eviction list.
At the end of the voting period, Nomy received 10.84 per cent of the votes, while Goddessa polled 6.76 per cent and Cassi 5.27 per cent. Cassi’s tally was the lowest among the bottom three, resulting in their eviction from the competition.
Cassi’s exit follows the eviction of Kamsy, who became the third housemate to leave the competition on August 16 after securing 2.41 per cent of the votes.
Meanwhile, Abi was named the Most Influential Player of the Week after being selected by fellow housemates for their impact and influence in the house.
The winner of BBNaija Season 11 is set to receive a Naira 160 million grand prize package, comprising Naira 100 million in cash and a brand-new SUV, in addition to other sponsor-provided rewards.
