Temi Nkem has been crowned winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, themed “Show Ya Sef.
She was announced as the winner during the live finale on Sunday night, beating fellow finalists Aikou and Sheba, who finished as first and second runners-up respectively.
Temi Nkem takes home the ₦160 million grand prize, comprising ₦90 million in cash, a brand-new car valued at ₦60 million and other sponsored prizes.
The 21-year-old secured the highest number of public votes after voting closed on Friday, October 2, at 9 p.m., to emerge champion of a season that began on July 26 with 24 housemates.
Aikou, who joined the competition as a Gambit housemate, emerged as first runner-up after winning over viewers with his calm demeanour, while Sheba, known for her bold personality and strong presence early in the competition, finished as second runner-up.
The trio survived a dramatic finale eviction night that saw six housemates — Barry, Oyin, Ricky, Flora, Tram and Bluethopia — evicted before the final three were revealed.
The finale featured live performances by Nigerian singers Teni and Oshamo and was hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Temi Nkem succeeds Imisi as the latest Big Brother Naija champion.
