Housemate Abi has emerged as the Head of House for Week Four of Big Brother Naija’s ‘Show Ya Sef’ season after winning a challenging HoH competition on Monday.
With the victory, Abi becomes the third female housemate to claim the Head of House title this season, extending a run of three consecutive female winners.
She follows Sheba, who won the Week Two HoH challenge, and Neche, who emerged victorious in Week Three.
The Week Four competition tested the housemates’ strength, strategy and memory as they battled for the coveted title.
Abi eventually outlasted the other contestants to secure immunity from possible eviction, leadership of the house and the privileges attached to the HoH position, including influence over the week’s nomination process.
Her victory marks the third consecutive week in which a female housemate has emerged as Head of House, setting a new trend in the ‘Show Ya Sef’ season.
The run of female HoH victories is also expected to further reshape the power dynamics and alliances among the housemates as the competition progresses.
