Liverpool put a turbulent week behind them and reignited their Champions League campaign with a 1–0 victory over Inter Milan on Tuesday.

Dominik Szoboszlai’s late penalty secured a crucial win at the San Siro, achieved without Mohamed Salah, who remained in England after publicly criticising manager Arne Slot over the weekend.
