Tinubu swears in two RMAFC commissioners, presides over FEC meeting

President Bola Tinubu is presiding over a meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) at the State House, Abuja, the first gathering of the council in more than two months.

Before the meeting commenced, the President swore in two new Federal Commissioners of the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC).

The new commissioners are Amina Gamawa, representing Bauchi State, and Abdullahi Mukhtar, representing Kaduna State, who took the oath of office at the Council Chamber.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, said the meeting’s agenda also includes the swearing-in of newly appointed Federal Commissioners of the National Population Commission (NPC).

Vice President Kashim Shettima, cabinet ministers and other senior government officials are attending the meeting.
