Leo Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a battle with cancer.
A spokesperson for the site told the Daily Mail that the company was “deeply saddened” by his passing. “Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” the statement said. “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American businessman, passed away in Pompano Beach, Florida, near his home in a $4 million mansion in Boca Raton, according to an online obituary.
He had a net worth estimated at $4.7 billion, largely from Fenix International Limited, which held a majority stake in OnlyFans. As director and majority shareholder of the company, Radvinsky oversaw the platform’s rapid expansion after acquiring it in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom.
Under his leadership, OnlyFans’ revenue soared, with users spending a record $7.2 billion on the platform in 2024. Radvinsky personally drew $1.8 billion in dividends from 2021 to 2025, including $472 million in 2023, according to Bloomberg.
The platform, which gained global attention during the COVID-19 pandemic, attracted celebrity creators such as Blac Chyna and Bella Thorne, who earned millions by posting adult content for subscribers.
Despite the platform’s profits, Radvinsky had been exploring a sale of OnlyFans, reportedly struggling to find a buyer due to its adult content business model. In January, Reuters reported that the company was considering a majority-stake sale to investment firm Architect Capital.
Known for his reclusive lifestyle, Radvinsky lived quietly with his wife in Florida and kept his cancer battle largely private. He was also a philanthropist and angel investor, though he sparked controversy in 2024 when he pledged $11 million to the pro-Israel lobby, AIPAC, drawing criticism from some OnlyFans users.
