Renowned American gospel musician and worship leader Ron Kenoly has died at the age of 81.
The news was announced by his longtime music director, Bruno Miranda, in a statement shared on Kenoly’s official Instagram page.
According to the statement, the celebrated singer and songwriter passed away on February 3. The cause of death was not disclosed.
Kenoly is widely regarded as a pioneer of contemporary worship music. He rose to global prominence in the 1990s with songs that helped shape modern Christian worship and earned him a devoted international following.
