The Edo State House of Assembly has summoned the member representing Egor Constituency, Natasha Irobosa, to appear before its Standing Committee on Ethics and Privileges within one week.
The invitation is for Irobosa who is married to singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba to defend herself against allegations of misconduct, particularly in light of several viral videos circulating online that portray her in a negative manner.
The committee is expected to submit its findings to the House within two weeks.
Irobosa has been trending after a video showing her in an altercation with 2Baba went viral, sparking widespread reactions on social media, especially among the singer’s fans.
