Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has once again been crowned CAF Goalkeeper of the Year (Women) for 2025, clinching the prestigious award for the third consecutive year.

The 24-year-old received the honour on Wednesday at the 2025 CAF Awards ceremony in Rabat, Morocco, further cementing her reputation as one of Africa’s most formidable shot-stoppers.

Nnadozie beat Morocco’s Khadija Er-Rmichi and South Africa’s Andile Dlamini to the award, extending her dominance as the continent’s top goalkeeper.

She enjoyed a standout year for both club and country. With Paris FC, Nnadozie helped secure the Coupe de France Féminine, while on the international stage, she was instrumental in the Super Falcons’ record 10th WAFCON title, keeping four clean sheets and winning the tournament’s Best Goalkeeper award.

After the tournament, she signed for Brighton & Hove Albion in the Women’s Super League, where she made an instant impact—earning Player of the Match on her debut and collecting multiple nominations, including WSL Save of the Month and the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month.

Nnadozie’s latest CAF triumph adds another chapter to her growing legacy, underscoring her status as one of the most exciting and influential talents in women’s football today.
