Niger State Governor, Umaru Bago, has dissolved the state’s executive cabinet.
The announcement was made on Monday during a State Executive Council meeting held at the Council Chamber in Minna.
Governor Bago thanked the outgoing commissioners and other council members for their service and contributions to the development of the state, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
However, he noted that the dissolution does not affect certain key officials. The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, and other principal officers in the Governor’s Office will remain in their positions.
